• Payment info: Billing is handled by Stripe. We never store your card details.
• Device info: Basic device and browser info for troubleshooting.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the FitScan service.
• To send account-related emails (verification, password reset, billing).
• To analyze usage patterns and fix bugs.
• We do not sell your data to third parties.

AI Analysis

Videos and URLs you submit are sent to Anthropic's Claude AI for analysis. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to this processing. We do not store raw video files — only the analysis results.

Data Retention

Your scan history is stored for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time by contacting support, which will remove all your data within 30 days.

Cookies

We use localStorage (not cookies) to keep you logged in. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

Children's Privacy

FitScan is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
