FitScan uses AI to analyze cooking and workout videos to provide nutritional information, recipes, and fitness guidance. Results are AI-generated estimates and should not replace professional medical or nutritional advice.

2. Accounts

• You must be 13 or older to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• One account per person. Do not share accounts.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. Free Trial & Subscriptions

• Free trial includes 2 scans/day for 7 days. No credit card required.
• Pro plan is $9.99/month, billed monthly.
• You can cancel anytime — cancellation takes effect at end of billing period.
• We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on first purchase.
• Refund requests: contact fits.scan.app@gmail.com within 7 days of charge.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use FitScan for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the service.
• Abuse the API or automated scanning beyond your plan limits.
• Submit content that violates third-party terms (e.g. private videos).

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

FitScan's analysis is AI-generated and may not be 100% accurate. Nutritional information is an estimate. Always consult a doctor or registered dietitian before making dietary changes, especially for medical conditions.

6. Intellectual Property

FitScan's code, design, and branding are owned by us. You retain ownership of any content you submit for analysis.

7. Limitation of Liability

FitScan is provided "as is." We are not liable for damages arising from use of the service, inaccurate AI results, or service interruptions.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
